ABOUT US

Youth Sanctuary Ministries is a Kingdom movement dedicated to reconciling a generation back to the Father. Founded by Rachel O. Shonde, author of Prayers to Rescue a Generation, the ministry exists to reveal that God is real—raising sons and daughters who know Him personally, walk in freedom, and live out their divine purpose.

Rooted in 2 Corinthians 5:17 and inspired by the prophetic call of Isaiah 60, We believe every young person was created to encounter the Father’s love, be healed from inner and spiritual bondage, and shine with His glory in every sphere of life.

Our mandate flows through three core phases:
 

➣ Deliverance – leading youth into freedom from spiritual and emotional chains. 

➣ Discipleship – grounding them in identity and intimacy with God.

➣ Deployment – activating their gifts and callings to impact the world.
 

Through prayer, teaching, creative outreach, and the demonstration of God’s power, Youth Sanctuary Ministries is committed to seeing millions of youth rescued, restored, and released to carry the Kingdom wherever they go.

🙏 Mission Statement

Youth Sanctuary Ministries exists to join God’s mission of reconciling His children back to Himself.  We are called to see youth rescued from bondage, restored in identity, and released into purpose. Through prayer, deliverance, discipleship, and deployment, we partner with the Father to raise a generation that not only knows Him but reveals Him.

Based on 2 Corinthians 5:17–19, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not [a]imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him."

We envision millions of youth awakened by God’s presence, healed from brokenness, and walking in the revelation of the Father’s love.

Through deliverance, discipleship, and deployment, Youth Sanctuary Ministries seeks to raise sons and daughters of light who reveal God’s glory in every sphere of influence, family, education, media, culture, and nations.

Our ultimate vision is to see the glory of God cover this generation as they shine for Him, bringing heaven to earth.

Based on Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you."

and Habakkuk 2:14, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
